Bouncing around

This last week has been crazy on the scale. After dropping down to 126.6 really quickly, which was was sooo happy about, the scale jumped back up again. I knew that it would but it was still disapointing. I've been at a high 128 for most of the week. I'm still kind of in a plateau, which is super frustrating. At least seeing 126 on the scale was a good motivator for me, now I know it's close and I can get down to it soon.

The most frustrating thing about this week is thatI totally binged last night. I ate till it hurt. The pain hit me kind of fast and it was really bad, I purged a little of it just to reduce the pain. I laid around the rest of the night because I felt so crappy afterwards.

This week I definitly need to stay on track, since I have a formal event during the weekend. I'm not getting too dolled up but I still want to look my best. I hope that it will keep my mind on track and give me the push I need to get past this plateau for good. I'm thinking about fasting at least one of the days, maybe the day before, although I don't usually do too well with fasts. I have a few goals this week.
1. Try some milk alternatives. I few of the blogs I read have been recommending it very
highly. I've got some in my fridge now and will try it this week, probably tomorrow.
2. Weight train. I always focus on cardio cardio cardio, I need to build some muscle and push
my body in a new way
3. Fast at least 1 day. enough said
4. Be vigilant about counting calories and being aware of everything I eat. I have felt myself
getting a little lazy about this and I need to keep my focus so I don't mindlessly away all
my progress.
5. Put the Peanut Butter where I can't reach it. I've been taking little tastes of PB when I'm
working on my computer or wacthing T.V. and it's really adding up. I always think, one
spoonful won't hurt, then bam I've had 4.

Hmm, it's wierd posting this in blogger land not knowing if anyone will ever read it. I have 2 followers which means that at least 2 people have stumbled onto my blog. either way I'm still gonna post it.

First Post

Whoa, my first post. I'm kind of nervous about starting a blog and spilling my secrets into cyberspace. Anyways, I wanted to start this blog for a while. I've been following the blogs of some lovely ladies for about two months now, and I love reading them. I have been using thier tips to help me lose weight and the fabulous thinspo pics to stay motivated. For the last two weeks I've found myself thinking to myself "hmm if I had a blog I'd write this." so now I have a blog and I can write that stuff.

I'm new to blogger, and still figuringout how it works and how to arrange stuff, so I'm not sure how often I'll write or how long it will take me to get my profile looking cool, and figuring out how to post pictures and stuff.

Here is some info on me. I'm a student, and I've gained some weight in college that I'd really like to lose. Since January, with the help of reading blogger, I've lost about 15 pounds. I am 5' 2 and 126.6. I've lost the weight by cutting what I eat in half and I exercise everyday. I plan out my meals in advance and keep a food diary. I find that this diet is not only helping me to stop being such a cow but also I eat wayyyy healthier now, lots of fruits and veggies! I feel way better than when I was sitting on my ass eating like a pig.

I'm not sure what my lowest weight is, it was definitly in the teens when I was in high school. My highest is 145, uhhh. My next short term goal is 120. I am trying to look as good as I can for my trip to Mexico early in the summer. My long term goal (not sure how long this will take me) is to be below 110, I would love to say "oh I'm 1 oh 6".

I think this blog will help keep me on track. I think that writing here as well as in my food diary will keep me from binging. I also look forward to talking to you ladies, instead of just reading your blogs from a far. I look forward to blogging and sharing tips!

Hooray first post! Over and out.
