Blogging

I am definitly going to try and blog more often. When I started this blog a month ago I wanted to blog a few times a week, but have only done 3 so far. I think having to admit how I'm doing to cyber space will keep me on the straight and narrow.

I have been reading everyones blogs like crazy to get some inspiration/know that other people are working towards the same goals. None of my friends or roomates are trying to lose weight, so I have no one to workout or anything. plus it's not like anyone one of them would be dedicated or serious about thier weight lose as any of you lean ladies. I love the support/inspiration from other people's blogs, I'm trying to comment more on people's blogs.

So far I've done well with getting back on track. I'm pretty much eating exclusivly fruits and veggies, with any other food groups in small amounts or as additions/condements to/for my vegetables like croutons and small amounts of cheese.

I have been planning/preparing my meals well in advance again. That's what I normally do, but once I stopped planning ahead is when i just ate whatever was there. I already have bfast and lunch ready to go for tomorrow (hopefully I can use that extra time in the morning to go for a run before work.)
